Do I need to prepare any document?

We have a “No Valid ID, No Medical Exam” policy.
For Seaman / Seafarer and POEA Requirements, you may call our Information at (043) 723-0089.
For Healthcard Holders (HMO), you may call our Industrial Clinic at (043) 722-1485.

How long should I fast?
As for “client preparation” prior to examination, it depends on the test. Please refer to the table below:

Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) 8 – 12 hours
Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) 12 hours
Lipid Profile 10 – 12 hours
Whole Abdominal Ultrasound 4 – 6 hours / no milk; no fatty foods
Upper Abdominal Ultrasound 4 – 6 hours
Hepatobiliary Ultrasound 4 – 6 hours
Liver Ultrasound Light meal; fat-free
Do Senior Citizens have discounts?

Yes. According to Republic Act 7432 – SECTION 4, 20% discount should be granted for Senior Citizens. But because we really care, Pioneer Lab is giving 25% DISCOUNT for them!

What are your business hours?

Pioneer Lab is open Mondays thru Saturdays 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sundays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
